Posting and shipping
All orders received before 12pm are processed and posted the same day, Monday to
Friday.
The following methods of posting are used as standard for the range of transformers:
memonizerCOMBI
memonizerWATER
memonizerPOOL

- Items in stock - special delivery (must be signed for, guaranteed before 1pm next
working day).
- Items not in stock are ordered direct from memon® via UPS which normally takes up
to fourteen days and a further two working days may be required for processing and
then posting to you.
- Please not that for all orders that exceed £2500 in total value that UPS courier
postage is used due to excess value.
- One item - standard recorded first class (must be signed for).
- More than one item - special delivery (must be signed for, guaranteed before 1pm
next working day).
All of the above delivery methods come with full insurance during transit for loss
or damage. If you would like these items shipped differently, please contact me
to arrange this.
Call out fees
Though some customers choose to install the home devices themselves, you can request
a home visit to install it for you if you wish. You may also wish to ask for an
assessment of your home situation. In all cases a call out fee is charged and includes
the following:
- 30 pence per mile, which includes both ways.
- Flight costs (if flying to your home is required).
- Expenses, if stay in accommodation is needed (for a long distance travels) which
also includes any traffic congestion charges that may occur.
- A flat fee of £30 for the installation of any number of house or swimming pool devices
per family or £20 per hour for a home visit (with a maximum charge of £80) per day.
All prices exclude VAT at 20%.

60 day trial
The following transformers come with a 60 day trial offer:
- memonizerCOMBI (plug in version only) - with the exception of Standard B and custom
build sizes
- memonizerWATER - with the exception of Standard B and custom build sizes
Unfortunately all transformers are not included in this trial offer.
The trial period begins the day after your transformer(s) arrive to you. Under this
offer, if you are not satisfied with the transformer(s), you may return for a full
refund, with the exception of 7.5% of the purchase value for restocking and testing.
Please note that for this offer to be valid:
- The transformers(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was received in
(with of course the exception of the sticky pads).
- This offer only applies if the transformers(s) you have is/are appropriately sized
for your house.
For example, you may purchase a transformer that is smaller than the appropriate
transformer size your house actually requires, which may not be providing you with
the proper level of protection and may also drain or negatively affect the transformers
longevity.
- Your transformer(s) must be verified to be correctly installed in the following ways:
- memonizerCOMBI - in addition to being installed as per the instructions, your home
must have a ‘main isolator switch’, often labelled ‘main switch’. This switch turns
off the power to your entire property, not just a part of it. This is essential because
it is this switch that forms the boundary point for the memonizerCOMBI's field, and
if not present will cause the field to leak out into the mains grid and drain the
transformer rapidly. This will result in damage to the transformer.
- memonizerWATER - for correct installation, this transformer simply needs to be fitted
as per the instructions.
- Any transformer(s) you wish to return must be done so via special delivery with full
insurance that will cover total value of the device for loss or damage during delivery.
- In the case that the transformer or transformers have, or are thought to have, suffered
damage in any way while in your care (for example it has been dropped or exposed
to excessive magnetic fields or temperatures etc... ).
- The relevant transformer(s) will be sent back to memon® for testing.
- If the test concludes that the transformer(s) has/have suffered damage and can be
repaired, then all shipping any relevant repair costs will be deducted from your
remittance.
- If the transformer cannot be repaired, this will invalidate your eligibility for
the trial offer for the damaged transformer(s) in question, in which case:
- You will no longer be eligible for any remittance for the respective damaged transformer(s).
- You have the option of having it/them sent back to you, in which case you are of
course required to pay the costs involved, which includes the shipping to and from
memon® and testing fees (if any apply).
Once delivery of the returned transformer(s) is/are received and checked to be in
the appropriate condition so as to satisfy the terms of the trial offer (as mentioned
above), a remittance cheque will be sent to you for the original device sale value
minus 7.5%.
